- Serve as a liaison between management and staff, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Monitor budgets and expenses related to administrative activities.
- Personal Assistant:
- Provide personalised support to individuals, managing their schedules, appointments, and personal tasks.
- Handle personal correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the individual.
- Organise travel arrangements, manage household affairs, and coordinate events.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Virtual Assistant:
- Provide remote administrative support to clients or businesses, utilizing digital tools and communication channels.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle email correspondence.
- Assist with research, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.
- UHNW Assistant (Ultra High Net Worth):
- Provide comprehensive support to individuals or families with significant wealth, managing their personal affairs, investments, and philanthropic activities.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, manage multiple properties, and oversee household staff.
- Liaise with financial advisors, attorneys, and other professionals on behalf of the client.
- Handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Secretary:
- Provide administrative support to an individual or department, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as needed.
- Support the smooth functioning of the office by coordinating office supplies and equipment maintenance.
